We fit what the vehicle takes

The size is confirmed against the vehicle you describe. Where a previous fitting used something non-standard, the fitter checks on arrival before doing anything.

Not every no-start is a battery

Charging faults and parasitic drain look identical from the driver's seat. If that is what we find, we say so — putting a new battery on that fault only moves the failure a few weeks out.

Expected life

Any duration mentioned is typical for the type. Climate, short journeys and the vehicle's electrics all change it, so it is not a guarantee.
