What travels with a delivery, and what stays behind.

Before dispatch

We take the vehicle details and the delivery address, because the van cannot leave without both. Nothing else is collected at this stage.

During the job

The address is shared with the fitter doing that route, and with nobody else. It is not held in a marketing system.

After the job

The record stays while the battery is under warranty, then it is removed. A claim has to be verifiable; beyond that there is no reason to keep it.

Measurement on this site

Aggregate counts of how many people reached the range page. No names, no profiles.

Cookies

They remember a selection while you move between pages. Decline them and everything still loads.

Removal on request

Write to the address here. Outside the warranty window we delete and confirm.

Never sold

Customer details are not sold, rented or traded. There is no exception to this for any partner.
