Delivery, fitting and what each side is responsible for.

Ordering

An order is confirmed once we have the vehicle and the address. We check the group size against the vehicle before the van is loaded, so the unit that arrives is the right one.

The price

What we quote covers the battery, the delivery and the fitting. There is no separate travel charge and no adjustment on arrival.

Access

We need to reach the vehicle at the address given. If it is behind a locked gate or in a space the van cannot enter, tell us when you order so the route accounts for it.

The removed battery

It goes back with the van for recycling. Say so at the time if you would rather keep it.

Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty applies and we run the claim on your behalf.
